The Soundtrack of My Story & the Rhythm of Starting Again
Building a brand while working full time, homeschooling, and managing a household hasn’t been easy. I’ve started and paused. I’ve rebranded and reimagined. I’ve questioned if it was worth it. But even in the quiet seasons, the worship never stopped. Each new beginning taught me something sacred: you can still sing with a shaky voice. You can still create with trembling hands. It’s okay to start small. It’s okay to evolve. It’s okay to keep saying “yes” even when the growth feels slow.This isn’t performance. This is testimony. Every song, every design, every post is a reflection of a life being rebuilt with purpose and praise.
Before anything else, I am a worshipper. Music has always been one of my most sacred outlets—where I lay my burdens down and lift my voice to YAH. I write and sing original songs as expressions of intimacy with Him, gratitude for His mercy, and declarations of deliverance from a past I no longer live in. But worship isn’t just something I do in melody. It shows up in every part of my life—even the hard parts.

It’s where I speak openly about sin, healing, responsibility, and freedom. It’s not about perfection—it’s about realignment with His word.

Crochet is my art form, and NissiYah Designs is the creative arm of my brand. I design bold, functional patterns—especially for women with locs and natural hair—because our beauty deserves to be honored and adorned with intention.
